“Big things come in small packages” is true for our SEG barbell rack. With this small but strong rack, you can do many types of exercise from overhead press, squats, bench press and their variations. Also the all important upper body squat better known as dips. If you’re really creative you can even suspend a barbell in the highest position and perform pull ups.
Constructed with extra thick steel tube, the frame is unbreakable, and the maximum capacity of weights for this rack has reached 440 lbs.
This rack features a rigid braced base design providing great resistance from both front to back and lateral forces. The minimal and open base means there are no obstructions when entering the rack.
The adjustable width allows the use of shorter barbells which aren’t compatible with fixed wide racks. On top of it, the adjustable height will meet all your needs with various exercise types.
The feet are covered with rubber coats, which provide protections to your floor, and make sure the bench won’t move during your exercise.
