Hitting the chest without any equipment can be challenging for some people out there….if you’re a beginner or new to training, you may not have any equipment or a gym membership. For others, you may just want to have some options when you’re at home or traveling and don’t have access to gym equipment.
Try this FOLLOW ALONG chest workout routine designed to give you some serious calorie burning while really hitting pecs (and some arms and shoulders too).
Here is the Workout just as it is shown:
Warm Up:
Standing Pec Fly – 10 reps
Isometric Pec Squeeze – 5 reps for 5s hold
Circuit 1: 3 sets
Push-Ups – 10 reps
Shoulder Taps – 20 reps
Circuit 2: 3 sets
Decline Push-Ups – 10 reps
Narrow Press – 10 reps
Final Circuit: 3 sets
Bench Dips – 10 reps
Isometric Incline Push-Up – 15s hold
