Max Trainer M3 Review
Max Trainer M3 Review
The Bowflex MAX Trainer calls itself one of the most intense and compact pieces of fitness equipment on the planet. Designed to fit in small spaces, the Bowflex MAX Trainer claims to help anyone maximize calorie burning, improve cardiovascular health, and boost athletic performance. Today, in our Bowflex MAX Trainer review, we’re going to explain how the Bowflex MAX Trainer works and help you decide whether or not it’s the right piece of indoor fitness equipment for you.
Bowflex Max Trainer M3 Model
The Bowflex M3 is the most affordable in the new Max Trainer product line. It uses the same technology as the higher-rated premium model, the M5, but they trimmed some of the bells and whistles to get the price down to $999.
Though it has a lower rating than the M5, a shorter warranty, and less of the extra features and programs, it still packs a punch and burns a lot of calories in a short time. So workouts are still very efficient and effective.
Max Trainer M3 Features
The technology M3 uses is identical to the one used by the Max Trainer M5. It has a shorter warranty compared to the Max Trainer M5 and some features of the former are not present in the M3, but its effectiveness in calorie-burning remains intact. It does not cause any impact on the joints and can burn a huge number of calories in one workout session. It helps the user burn 2.5 times more calories than he could have hoped to burn in any other cardio machine. The key features include:
- Combined functionality of an elliptical and stair stepper in one great product.
- Zero impact on trouble spots like the knees, back, etc.
- Easy-to-read display screen.
- Increased burn of calories per 30 minutes
- Upper body workout more impactful than most ellipticals
- Tablet holder
- Heart rate monitoring via a chest strap
- Affordable at under $1000
