Quick HIIT Workout | Burn Fat

Here is a quick HIIT Workout to Burn Fat and get that Summer Shred going!!

Most all of my workouts can be pretty much done anywhere even in the comfort of your home!

  • 4 Rounds
  • 100 Jump Rope
  • 25 Single leg Jump Rope each leg
  • 50 High Knees Jump Rope
  • 10 Side Step Up w/ Hop at the top each leg
  • 15 total Burpee Bench Hop Overs
