Hitting those tricep muscles without any equipment can be challenging for some people out there….if you’re a beginner or new to training, you may not have any equipment or a gym membership. For others, you may just want to have some options when you’re at home or traveling and don’t have access to gym equipment.

Try this FOLLOW ALONG tricep workout routine designed to give you some serious tricep work.

Here is the Workout just as it is shown:

Circuit 1-Warm Up: 2 sets x 10 Reps (10th rep is a 10s hold)
Standing Kickback

Circuit 2: 3 sets x 10 Reps
Bench Dip
Close Grip Push Up

Final Circuit: 3 sets x 10 Reps
High Low Plank
Standing Arm Extension (10th rep is a 10s hold)
