Circuit 1-Warm Up: 2 sets x 10 Reps
Arm Complex
Neck Complex

Circuit 2: 3 sets x 10 Reps
10 Push-Ups
20 Shoulder Taps
:30s Plank

Circuit 3: 3 sets x 10 Reps
Bench Dips
Air Fly w/ iso-hold

Final Circuit: 3 sets – No rest
50 Russian twists
10 Diamond Push-Ups
